RENONET是什么？？
見たことない生地を作りたくて
今回紹介するのは、KIZIARAIオリジナルファブリック、『Leno Net』
作って頂いたのは、絡み織りを得意とする林実業さんです。尾州産地でも珍しい絡み織機を自社で所有し、長年のノウハウと職人さんの技術により、ファッションだけでなくインテリアなどの業界でも評価されており、オリジナルヤーンの開発を積極的に行う事で他にはない商品追求を行っております。
ここ数年マクラメやネットのトレンドがファンションや雑貨、インテリアでも注目されているので、絡み織で表現出来きたら面白いし、見たことないよね、と話しになったのがKIZIARAIと林実業のコラボレーションの始まりでした。
従来の織物はタテ糸とヨコ糸の交差により、組織を作っていきますが、絡み織はタテ糸同士をねじり、その間をヨコ糸が通ることによって、複雑な絡みの模様が出来ています。
複雑なだけに、その構造を理解するのは難しく、かなりのノウハウが必要になってきます。今回依頼して形になるまでにも、数々の試作を繰り返し、レノネットは完成しました。

It is Hayashi Jitsugyo that specialized in leno cloth and made it this time. They own a leno weaving loom which is rare even in the Bishu production area, and have been evaluated not only in fashion but also in the interior industry ,etc, due to our many years of know-how and craftsmanship. We are pursuing uniquely products by actively developing original yarns.
The trend of macrame and net has been attracting attention in fashion, miscellaneous goods, and interiors for the past few years, so it was the beginning of collaboration between KIZIARAI and Hayashi Jitsugyo that he said, "It would be interesting if we could express it with leno cloth." .
In conventional woven fabrics, the structure is woven by the crossing of warp and weft but in leno weave, the warp are twisted together and the weft pass between them, weaving a complex entanglement pattern.
Due to its complexity, it is difficult to understand its structure and requires considerable know-how. By the time we requested and it took shape, we repeated many prototypes and completed the Lenonet finaly.

リネン100%のLeno Net
まずご紹介するLeno Netはリネン100％のタイプです。リネンは素材の特性状織るのは難しい素材ではありますが、強度は強く、独特の光沢とさらっとした風合いが特徴です。Leno Netを企画する上で、様々な用途で使って頂けるのを想定して、素材の持つ美しさと、リネン100のネットなんて珍しいかも！という発想からリネンをセレクトしました。
最大限まで間隔を広げてもらい、太番手で織り上げることで、リネンの存在感が絡みの組織に負けることなく調和していると思います。また絡み織はタテ糸同士がねじれているので、これだけ隙間があってもスリップしないのもポイントです。タテ糸とヨコ糸の配色も変えることが出来るので、ミックス感のあるツイードのような表現をしても新鮮だと思います。

Linen is a material that is difficult to weave as the characteristics of the material, but it is strong and has a unique luster and a silky texture. When planning Leno Net, assuming that it can be used for various purposes, the beauty of the material and the net made of 100% linen may be rare! so we celected linen from the idea. I think that the presence of linen is in harmony with the leno cloth structure by weaving with a thick count yarn and widening the space to the maximum. In addition, since the warp are twisted together in the leno cloth, it is also a point that it does not slip even if there is such a gap. This fabric can also change the color scheme of the warp and weft, so I think it's fresh even if you express it like a tweed with a mixed feeling.

ぷくぷくの糸が可愛いコットンブークレLeno Net
Cotton bouclé with cute bubblingly yarn Leno Net.
２つめにご紹介するのはぷくぷくとした表情の可愛いブークレの糸をタテとヨコに仕様したタイプです。こちらの生地は繊細な糸の表情が特徴なので、間隔は少し狭くし、透け感が少し残る程度に調整して頂きました。コットン１００ですが、糸に凹凸があるので、風合いはさらっとしていて、肌にまとわりつく感覚もないです。この糸で通常の織物だとかなり重くなってしまって繊細さが失われてしましますが、絡み織にすることで糸の使用量も少なく軽やかさがちゃんと残っています。上がってきた生地を見るたび、この糸と絡み織の組み合わせの相性がとても良い事にい毎回感動します。

This fabric is characterized by a delicate yarn expression, so I adjusted that the spacing is little narrower and a little sheer feeling remained. The threads are uneven although it is 100% cotton, so the texture is dry and there is no feeling of clinging to the skin. If you use this yarn in a normal woven fabric, it will become quite heavy and lose its delicacy, but by using it to leno cloth, the amount of yarn used is small and the lightness remains properly. Every time I see the finished fabric, I am impressed by the fact that the combination of this yarn and leno cloth is very compatible.
