現在20代前半の私が、興味を持っていること、感じていることをブログを通じて情報発信していきたいので、共感していただいたり、新しいアイデアの一つになればと思っております。
今回は、私のファッションに対する考え方について、
① ジェンダーレスファッションから学ぶ
② 現代だからこそ考えて欲しい、ファッションに対する捉え方
③ メンズファッションにミックスするレディースアイテム
の３つに分けてお話ししていきたいと思います。
本編ではジェンダーレスファッションについてお話ししたいと思います。

ここ数年、「ジェンダーレス」という言葉が日本で多く使われるようになりましたが、女性である私が最近思うことがあります。
それは、日常的にメンズファッションにおいて、"フェミニン"、 "ガーリー"と言った単語を彷彿とさせるファッションが少なく、ジェンダーレスファッションという認識が極めて難しく感じるのは私だけでしょうか？レディースファッション視点からのジェンダーレスファッションの基準はあるのだろうか？ということです。
例えば、女性がメンズライクなパンツやオーバーサイズなトップスを着るけれど、男性がレディースライクなスカートやワンピースを着ることは、日本では少ないように感じるということです。
だから私は思うわけです。「ジェンダーレスファッションが成立する環境には時間がかかるのでは？」と。
ここで、そもそもジェンダーレスの定義とは何か。新 實 五 穂は、『性差が存在しておらず、誰もが自由にデザインを分かち合うことが可能な装い』と新聞社各社の記事の定義を基にまとめています。
In recent years, the word “genderless” has been widely used in Japan. As a woman, I have something I’ve been considering these days. Is that only me who feels that it is quite difficult to recognize genderless fashion because there are very few fashion which is reminiscent of the words like “feminine” and “girly” in daily men’s fashion? Is there a standard for genderless fashion from women’s fashion perspectives?
For example, I feel like women wear men’s-like pants and oversized tops, but men don’t wear women’s-like skirts and dresses in Japan.
So I believe that it will take more time to create an environment where genderless fashion will be established.
Then, in the first place, what is the definition of genderless? According to Niimi Miho, she summarizes it based on the definition of newspapers companies’ articles, saying, “There are no longer differences between men and women, and it is attire that everyone can freely share the designs.”

「誰もが自由にデザインを分かち合う」ということが達成されれば「性差がなくなる」
と思います。さらに私の場合は、「誰もが」受け入れられずとも、マジョリティにはなり得ると思います。ここまで私が考察している通り、人間は考える生き物です。他の生物よりも、「相手を想う」「自分なりの楽しみを見つける」ことが上手です。自分が好きなものを身に纏って、「どう？素敵でしょ？」と嬉しそうに見せる。「そんな着方もあるんだね！」といったように、洋服の着方が多様なのが当然。新しいものを受け入れあって、着物やドレスなどの服飾文化は発達してきたのではないでしょうか。このような新しいファッションへの提案をしてくれる代表的存在である、ファッションブランドが毎シーズンのコレクションを発表するのを、私は心から楽しみにしています。
そして、受け入れ合うファッション文化がもっと広まればいいなと思います。私も広めることができる一人になりたいとも思います。
最近街中で男性がパールを用いたアクセサリーをつけているのを見かけるようになりました。
私にとって新鮮で、素敵だなと感じていました。
これも誰かが付け始めて、「いいね」と誰かが受け入れたことで広まったモードだと思うと、心が温まりませんか？
This definition contains two terms, and if the thing “everyone can freely share the designs” is achieved, “there is no longer differences between men and women”, I think.
Moreover, in my case, I think it can be accepted by a majority even if it’s not accepted by “everyone”.
As I have considered things so far, human beings are thinking creatures. They are better at “thinking about other persons” and “finding their own enjoyment” than other creatures.
They wear clothes they like, and then show them happily, “How is it? Isn’t it nice?”
You might find a new style like “such a nice style!” , naturally there are lots of various ways to wear clothes.
I think that the clothing culture such as kimono and dresses has developed by accepting new things.
I am really looking forward to this season’s collections of fashion brands, which are like representatives to propose these new fashion.
And I hope the fashion culture that accepts each other will spread more. I also want to become one of them who can spread such things.
Recently, I’ve come to see men wearing pearl accessories all over the city.
I was feeling that it’s fresh and nice to me.
Wouldn’t it be heart-warming to think that this is also a widespread mode since someone has started to wear them and accepted it such as “like”.
